Type "A" Roof Deck

“A” Roof Deck, also known as Narrow Rib deck, is 1 ½” deep, 6” on center, available in galvanized and prime painted finishes, and currently stocked in 22 and 20 gauges.

“A” deck is mostly used in repair and reroofing projects to match existing profiles in older buildings, it is rarely used in new construction and its load capacity is lower than the “B” deck.
